StopH.

Privacy and moderation

Built to show patterns without exposing reporters

No public names

Reporter names, alleged perpetrator names, personal phone numbers, private addresses, IDs, and private documents should not be submitted and will not be published intentionally.

Moderation before aggregation

Reports are reviewed for good faith, duplicate submissions, identifying details, and risk before they can influence aggregate employer pages.

Threshold by default

The default public rule requires three independent accepted reports for an employer page to become eligible. Admins may still hold or suppress a page.

Not a formal complaint body

StopH is not a regulator, court, lawyer, police unit, or official complaint process. The resources page points reporters toward formal channels where appropriate.

No evidence uploads in v1

The first release intentionally avoids file uploads so sensitive screenshots, IDs, medical records, and private messages are not stored before stronger review workflows exist.

Misuse handling

Spam, threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, and bad-faith submissions can be rejected, suppressed, or escalated by moderators.
